Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday). We ship with FedEx and Estafeta Express.

Returns & Exchanges

Edit or cancel your order

You can make any changes to your order as long as it has not left our warehouse. In your confirmation email there is a section that says edit. By clicking the button, your order is canceled and the products you selected return to your shopping cart. You can add or delete the products you want and continue with the checkout as normal.

Once the order has left our warehouse, no changes can be made to your order.

Warning: When you edit/cancel an order that has already been paid by credit/debit card, it will take approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. If you only want to make a small change, we recommend you contact support at +52 (33) 3339 3441 to resolve it.

return policy

1. You must contact our support team within 30 calendar days after the arrival of your order to request a return.

2. The customer needs to pay for the collection waybill to send the goods to our factory.

3. When the product arrives at our warehouse, the product is reviewed and the refund request is generated for those products that are in the same conditions in which they were sent (completely closed packaging and without any modification).

4. Once the request is generated, the refund may take between 1 and 30 business days to be reflected depending on the means by which the payment was made.

What happens if my product arrived incomplete, damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrived incomplete, we apologize in advance. Please take a photo or video of the product that you received and contact us by WhatsApp here or by calling +52 (33) 3339 3441.

We will be responsible for resending the product or making the corresponding change in less than 48 hours.

My coupon didn't work!

If your promo code doesn't apply or you get an error message, check if the following could have happened to you:

1. You did not enter the code exactly as advertised - please try to copy and paste it and leave no extra characters or spaces.

2. The code has expired: the life of all the codes comes to an end, make sure to use it before that happens.

3. The code is only valid for a particular product. Verify that you are purchasing the correct product for the code you wish to use.

4. You did not get your coupon from a valid source. These are: our website banner, social media posts or email promotions. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter!

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can only use one promotion code per order. If you have found two valid WU promo codes, choose the one you want to use the most.
